The portal provides educational material and organizational tools. It does not guarantee transactions, profits or investment results. Calculators produce estimates from your inputs, not appraisals or verified offers.

Course examples do not replace current state requirements or advice from your attorney, agent, lender or closing professional. Verify property information, contract rights, disclosures and deadlines before acting.

Use your own account, respect access restrictions, and share only information you are authorized to share. Third party videos remain the property of their creators. Access to the portal does not grant rights to reproduce or redistribute them.

Any paid mentorship scope, fees, cancellation rights and other commercial commitments must be set out in a separate agreement. These portal terms do not create those commitments.
